Alistair Eagleson

Board Chairman - Director of Sailing Programmes - Policy Writer - Sailing Coach

 Sailability: Applies his leadership and education experience to his roles, and ensures Sailability operates safely and professionally at all times.

Rhonda Ritchie

Operations Manager - Club Captain - Volunteer Education - Sailing Skipper - First Responder

​Sailability: Uses her superb organisational and communication skills for race reporting and to guide and inspire in all her roles.


Tom Scott

Board of Trustees - Officer of the Day - RIB and Sailing Skipper - First Responder - International Para Sailing Medalist - Weather Guru

 Sailability: Inspiring others with his leadership and sailing abilities - living well with paraplegia.


Maunsell Maxwell

Board of Trustees - Bosun - Race Team Support

Sailability: Extraordinarily positive volunteer who affirms everyone's contribution to the team. Manages the dock directing sailors, dockhands and boats with exceptional flair.


Jim McCrone

Board of Trustees - Treasurer - Sailing Skipper and Coach - Officer of the Day - First Responder

​Sailability: Balancing the books and processing funding applications, delivering all his roles with a Scottish sense of humour.


Christina Jessup

Social Media - Sailing Skipper - First Responder - Purser - Rigger - National Para Sailing Medalist 

 Sailability: Inspires others to grow in confidence with her ability to race solo while living well with vision impairment.


Richard Chamberlain

Operations Committee - Coordinates Race Training and Adventure Sailing - Sound Buoy Development - Para Sailing Champion  

​Sailability: Trains/inspires future racing sailors. Believes in setting an even playing field.


Kerehi Maxwell

Two-Person Hansa 303 Racing at Regional and National level - Rigger - Purser - Welcome Team 

 Sailability: Her warm enthusiasm makes others feel welcome while living well with cognitive challenges of her own.


Caleb Evans

Trainee RIB driver - dock hand - racing squad - rigger -  International Para Sailing Champion

​Sailability: Versatile volunteer helping out whenever needed, learning many rolls while living well with cognitive challenges. 


Ian Ritchie

Operations Committee - First Responder - Maintenance - Coordinator - RIB/Sailing Skipper

Sailability: Kind and enthusiastic leadership in all roles. Handyman skills applied to maintaining boats and storage facilities. 


Dennis Young

Operations Committee - Community Liaison

Dock Hand - RIB Crew - Solo Racing Hansa 303s

​Sailability: Communicates warmly with volunteers sailors and community groups, while living well with physical impairment.


Paulien Chamberlain

Operations Committee - Sailor Bookings - Sailing Coach - Multi National and World Championships in Hansa 303s and Liberty.

Sailability: Role model for sailors also living well with vision impairment; inspirational coach.
