Alistair Eagleson

Board Chairman - Director of Sailing Programmes - Policy Writer - Sailing Coach Sailability: Applies leadership and education experience to ensure we operate safely and professionally.

Rhonda Ritchie

Operations Manager - Club Captain - Sailing Skipper - First Responder​Sailability: Uses her superb organisational and communication skills to guide and inspire in all her roles.


Tom Scott

Officer of the Day - RIB and Sailing Skipper - First Responder - International Para Sailing Medalist. Sailability: Inspiring others with his leadership and sailing abilities - living well with paraplegia.


Maunsell Maxwell

Board of Trustees - Bosun - Race Team Support.

Sailability: Affirms everyone's contribution to the team. Manages the dock directing sailors, dockhands and boats with exceptional skill.

Jim McCrone

Board of Trustees - Treasurer - Sailing Skipper and Coach - Officer of the Day - First Responder. Sailability: Funding and balancing the books, delivering all his roles with a Scottish sense of humour and frugal efficiency. 

Ian Ritchie

Operations Committee - Maintenance Coordinator - RIB Skipper. Sailability: Kind and enthusiastic leadership in all roles. Handyman skills applied to maintaining boats and storage facilities. 


Elisha McCarty

Operations Committee - Media Manager, Photographer - First Responder. Sailability: Media team educator. Solo sailor hoping to race. Lives well with progressive physical disability. 

Richard Chamberlain

Operations Committee - Weekend Sailing Coordinator - Race Coach - Para Sailing Champion. Sailability: Inspires future racers. Vision Impaired Sound Buoy development.

Graham MacGregor

Health & Safety Officer, sailing/RIB skipper, background in search & rescue. Sailability: Regular eye on safety procedures to ensure we operate to the highest safety standards.

Dennis Young

Operations Committee - Sailor Representative - Dock Hand - RIB Crew - Solo Hansa 303 Racing.​ Sailability: Communicates warmly with sailors and community groups. Living well with progressive physical disability.

Paulien Chamberlain

Operations Committee  - Sailing Coach - Multi National and World Championships in Hansa 303s and Liberty Racing. Sailability: Role model for sailors, living well with vision impairment. Inspirational coach.

Kerehi Maxwell

Two-Person Hansa 303 Racing at Regional and National level - Purser - Welcome Team. Sailability: Her warm enthusiasm makes others feel welcome. Living well with cognitive challenges. Positive role model.
